Sheet Metal Fabrication and Powder Coating
Services
Laser cutting- Our two Mazak laser cutting machines offer high
processing speed of mild steel up to 3/4" thick. Sheet size
processing capabilities of 5' X10'.
Punch Press- Our Pullmax punch press can process 4'X8' sheets
without a reposition.
Press Brakes- Our press brakes can form 10' long parts and are
capable of generating 130 tons of force with .003" repeatability.
Delivery - Our 2006 International 26' box van is available for making
deliveries.
Powder Coating- We have one of the largest ovens in the area
capable of handling parts up to 24' long. All parts get chemical
pretreatment before coating. Pick up and delivery services available.
CAD/CAM- Our engineering resources include the latest software
and offer electronic file transfer and resources to read all major file
types.
Quality- Quality is an ongoing program with the ultimate goal of zero
defects. This is accomplished by creating an environment of trust
and security that encourages all employees to cooperate in meeting
our goals.
